Well, yesterday I caught the bug that my girls had. I felt miserable all day! But I thought of Sasha running through his illnesses and actually went out this morning with my friend. I had a headache and felt dizzy occasionally. Plus I had to walk twice and cut the run shorter than usual. But it actually wasn't as bad as I had expected. I think Sasha is correct in saying that active recovery is better than passive recovery.

Just don't push yourself too hard. I'm a firm believer in being extra nice to yourself when you are sick. Besides, you don't want to get worse and then not be able to come this weekend :) I really hope you get better, but if you are still sick don't feel like you have to come run just for me :)

You sounded a little like you had an electroyle imbalance. Be sure that you stay well hydrated and go ahead and drink that gatorade. Please take care of yourself the family needs a mommy more than anything. Love you

What a great family pic! Love it! Sorry to hear you're sick- good job getting out there for a little run regardless. You are awesome!

Whoa! You are hardcore now. I know I say that a lot, but you really are! Great job!
