5 on the treadmill while watching The Other Side of Heaven.  Is it just me or does anyone else get more emotional while running?  It's the silliest thing to be running and getting all choked up at the same time.  With my breathing heavier and regular from the exertion, my emotions make me sound like I'm choking for air.  Quite odd.  But it's consistent too!  Weird.

I've cried on a run before, but never because of a movie! You must be pregnant, girl.

Just kidding. Running IS cathartic, and I think that that's part of how it helps people stay emotionally as well as physically healthy. Good job.

I can't say that I've had that experience. Maybe I should try it sometime. But I don't have a treadmill at home, so I either run outside, or on the treadmill at work where I don't have much control over what's shown on the TV.

Good job with your run, though. I'm looking forward to Saturday.

Ummm... Laura, where are you? It is Thursday already. It's hard to blog stalk you when you don't blog every day. ;)

I agree! But I figure I'll see you on Saturday in any case!!
