I couldn't bear to have today go by without a run, so did a quick 2 miles on the treadmill.

Bethany, yes the 5 hours was dismal! My husband was out of town so I stayed up too late and then all 3 kids didn't do well. Ugh.

Brent, it's amazing to feel that need to run! I was sure I didn't want to run, but when I saw it wasn't quite 9:30pm, I knew I could squeeze in a few miles.
