I have been raunchy grumpy all day today so I had to blow off some steam this evening by running outside. It felt great on the legs and back, but dinner hadn't quite finished stewing yet so I enjoyed 2 cramps the whole 2nd mile. :o(

It was a beautiful 55 degrees at 7pm tonight! Yea for Spring finally starting!!

Running really does let off steam and bring on those endorphins. Sorry you had a bad day. We have also had beautiful weather until the wind started up in the afternoon. The temp is perfect however. Love you.

Oh man! Sorry about the grumps. Running really does help--when it doesn't bring on horrible cramps! Jeez. Strategy number 2: chocolate.

Love you!

Yea for spring! And that is great that you r legs and back weren't hurting! It sounds like the PT is really working. Congrats!

I know when I've had a really had day with Simeon (if it isn't the exhausting kind of hard day) then I have to get out for a run. It really does help. It's a good thing that us poor moms have something :)

I am worried because you haven't blogged in a while. Are you feeling ok? Just busy? Running, but too busy to blog?
