I really shouldn't count the first 1/2 mile, since I was walking on the treadmill instead of running. I was finishing up my phone conversation with my sister-in-law who just had a baby 2 weeks ago. She used to live here, so we had a lot of catching up to do. ;o)

So, 4 running miles on the treadmill while watching the first half of Cast Away this evening. Excellent movie - and since most of it is without words, it doesn't matter that I'm running at the same time! I kept it at about 11:00 pace to work on my base.

Good job Laura! What are you doing still up? I went to bed hours ago!

Lybi - Liar! Liar! (name the movie). I echo Lybi's sentiments - it is good to see your daily mileage coninue to go up, and I bet you are already reaping the benefits.

Wow, I like to sleep. Talk about some late nights for all of you.

Anyway, great job Laura! I always count my walking miles because it is all exercise to me. Sometimes I even count my biking miles if I have to use the bike. I say anyone who isn't training for a marathon is allowed to cheat :)

Good job on the miles! Also the nap time! It's always nice to catch a few zzz's when you have little ones! Now that my kids are getting older, (my youngest is 7), I still find it nice to catch a nap once in a while! But if you sleep at night time instead of chatting with your sister on the blog you might not need the nap later. But then that wouldn't be nearly as much fun would it? :)
