I went to bed much earlier than usual last night because I'm so "tired" of feeling tired all the time. ;o) So, I could've run longer tonight, but I wanted to get a good night's sleep again. 2.5 on the treadmill. When the 11:00 pace started to feel too easy, I bumped up the incline a bit.

Happy President's Day!

Happy President's day to you too! Sleep is the best part of training. Enjoy it. I'm getting up just about every hour these last few nights for little boys who seem to have the flu. Yuck. Hope you are all happy and healthy over there!

Good job going to bed early and getting the rest you need. Your consistency is paying off because you are getting faster and stronger - good job!!!

Ooooh. I miss going to bed early. Incline on the treadmill, way to be tough!!
