Good goal, Laura! You can do it. Hey chica, guess what? I womped all over Grant in a geek game on facebook. You may call me "queen geek." Anyone that can out-geek the Farns gets bragging rights.

OK Laura, I'm here to hold you to your 5 days this week! I know you will do it and be glad that you did! Like you say, even if they are short, just get out and do them each day! Good job today! I'll be checking in...

Good goal for the week. I know you will make it. I just wish I had some of your motivation. GOOD LUCK!

Go Laura! Glad to hear you can get back out, now just take it easy and slowly build back up. Is the hip issue completely gone, or are you still doing PT for that?

From laura on Tue, May 06, 2008 at 13:09:51

Unfortunately, the hip problem is still there. It's not pinching a nerve, but sometimes it still hurts if I step sideways. And this morning, my hip sockets feel unusually sore (not bad) from running last night. So, things are improving with PT, but the problem has been years in the making (low back, hips, and knees). Thanks for asking, James!! How's your knee doing?
