Outside with the double jogging stroller.  Mike came with me so he pushed the stroller for the first while, then he had to turn around to make sure one of us was at home when our daughter got home on the bus.

It was nice to be outside.  I didn't even mind pushing the stroller that much.  :o)  My knee didn't hurt at all - during or after my run.  So, I guess taking a week off was helpful for it.  Our goal this week is getting to bed at 9:30 and exercising all 6 days.  (Mike got extra credit running with me today since he had already gone cycling this morning.)

Well, you guys are just AWESOME! United we stand, eh? Glad your knee is feeling better. 9:30, man, you are beating us. We are all proud that we've been getting in bed by 10, but progess is progress...

Great job! I'm so glad to hear that your knee didn't hurt. Just keep taking it easy and don't try to do too much too soon.

I've never run pushing a stroller and my kids are too big for that now. It seems like it would be hard, especially on hills.

Yuck, pushing a stroller while running is the worst. You get extra points for pushing a DOUBLE stroller!

I don't know why but sometimes my joints hurt more after using a treadmill. I always feel like I hit harder on a treadmill than on the regular ground.
