So, I'm gonna try something different while Mike is out of town this time.  Instead of running on the treadmill in the evening (or thinking I will, and in reality, wasting time after the kids go to bed and then finally flopping in bed way too late), I'm going to run on the treadmill in the morning!  So, this morning was my first one.  So far, so good.  Haha.  I might try taking the little ones in the double stroller this week also, but it's surprisingly warm all of a sudden.  "Warm" being extremely relative.  We're supposed to get up to a whopping 80 degrees today - sorry, Lybi and James.

Yea, it is 86 degrees at 5:15 am here. Dang! But it's great swimming weather.

I think that running in the morning is a great idea! Not only will it help the run happen, but it will also help you feel more peaceful during the day. At least that is how it works for me. Love you! Call me if you need to talk to an adult!

I agree with Lybi too. I know when run in the morning I feel more productive. It usually happens where at night it is so easy just to be lazy and into bed. Good Luck!

I agree with everyone. Why sleep through all the good benefits of the run. It should make the day go better to get the benefits earlier when YOU REALLY NEED IT.

I find that when I get up early and run in the morning, I have (usually) more energy throughout the entire day, as it kick-starts my metabolism, as long as I get enough sleep. Then again, I also find that I am hungrier all day as well . . .

113 degrees forecast for today - another reason for us to do our running in the morning.
