Super Tuesday!! It probably won't end up how I hope, but at least we did our part tonight. I've never been to a caucus before - it was very interesting. And yet it seems futile since the delegates that we elected to go to the county (and the state) conventions are not bound to vote the way that we want. It seems like a truly flawed system. I wish all elections were by popular vote and we did away with conventions and the electoral college.

Anyway, the caucus took much longer than I expected - so my "maiden voyage" on my treadmill didn't begin till after 9:00 p.m. But that way, I could fully reap the benefits as it was 5 degrees outside, dark, and possibly dangerous. Yea for treadmills! It was fun to run only 12 feet away from my husband who was on our elliptical. ;o) So, while we sweat, we watched the first part of Much Ado About Nothing. Gotta love that one!

I'm glad you got a treadmill, what kind did you end up getting?

Hey Laura- I love that pic too! Glad you enjoyed the maiden voyage of the TM!! Yeah, I voted yesterday too, and my guy didn't win- boo- hoo... (not like I expected him too, but I was keeping hope alive...)

Yea! Congratulations of your purchase and on your maiden voyage! 4 miles is darn respectable for treadmill running.

Have you heard about the incline thing? I was advised to always run at 1.0 incline because it mimicks running outside better (where the belt isn't moving for you).

Michelle, we got a PreCor and I'm REALLY happy with it! The salesman picked it up and actually showed us the underside (I've heard the folding ones do not last, so this one doesn't fold). He was very upfront and knowledgeable. It really helps to have someone who knows what they're selling and doesn't just say, "It's the best in the industry." with no reason to back it.

Jody and Christi - I love that picture too. She has such kissable cheeks!

Lybi - I heard about the incline thing on the blog. But thanks for telling me too!! ;o)
