Well, I've had 3 PT appointments now, and she says my hip is "behaving" so I can try to run on it - short and easy, though. So, hopefully tomorrow I can get back out there before my body gets used to the lazy life it's been living. I had such great hopes to get out on the bike or the elliptical during this time of recovery, but apparently only running is motivation enough for me these days. Lazy habits are hard to kick!

Good luck easing back into the running!(easing being key word, take care of yourself!)

Glad to see you back, Laura! If you need motivation for cross training, you should check out Brent's blog. The guy's an animal.

So glad to hear that your body is "behaving" and you can get back to running. I hope it goes well. Thanks for your comments and words of encouragement - you're great!
