I got out earlier this morning and was feeling great, but started to feel so tired that I turned around early (I was afraid I would wimp out and start walking). But when I got to my street, I was bummed that I wouldn't have at least 2 miles, so I kept running. And then I kept telling myself that I would run to a certain spot and then turn around, but when I got there I kept going!! ha,ha! So, I ended up getting a decent run in anyway! I sure have felt tired and wasted all day -- maybe I'm coming down with what my daughters have. Eeech.

Must not get sick for Thanksgiving! Get some extra sleep! Emergen-C, Long hot baths, whatever it takes!

Good job on your run today. You just passed up the pace of my first race.

Sasha is very sweet...very awesome but completely without guile...I think you'd just love him. :) Thanks for the comment...hope to get to know you better too.

Laura, have not checked in on you for a while, keep consistent, keep tough, and have a great thanksgiving. By the way, is the pain gone on your runs now?

by the way, Sarah is so kind, great person.

Uh-oh, no runs for a few days. Did you get sick? Are you ok?
