It was much warmer today so I didn't need to try running with gloves, but it was so windy that I almost lost my hat a couple times! I don't know if it was because of the wind, or my last 2 weeks of slacking, or the handful of contraband Oreo's before my run (that gave me a slight cramp the whole time-- though still worth it!) but I couldn't seem to go very fast. So I just went as fast as my body wanted to go, which was only 12:26 ave pace. After my run and stretching, I took a really hot bath instead of a shower and right now I feel GREAT!!! The bath helped the muscles that were still tender from my many tumbles lately. Although it was hard to get out the door today, I feel great now!

I find that a nice hot bath before bed and it helps alot.. maybe I should try it right after running, you seem to have benefitted a great deal! ( I don't know why we have to fight these mental battles almost daily for me? When we know that in the long run it makes us feel better and is soo good for us!) Good job getting it done!!

Well now I know we are really connected. My pace today with the stroller was about 12:30. And that's on a completely flat course!

Hey are you registered to run in the Canyonland's half marathon in Moab on March 8th? You should! There is a 5 miler too, if you prefer. We should invite Heber to come, and Seth and Kristina. We could all share a cabin. Mom could come too, or stay at our house. She is going to watch our kids for us--it looks like James will be running it too. Check it out and let me know! Registration ends on Dec. 15th, I think.

Hey! Just dropping by to say hi! Looks like you've been good & consistent- even running in the COLD! You joining us in Moab (at least for the 5 miler)?
