No running today. My foot was hurting a little this morning, and as after shopping and a RS Christmas party, it is now hurting so much that I'm limping horribly. It's the same foot that I hurt when I fell down the stairs last week; but I've been able to run on it 3-4 times since then -- so why is it starting to hurt now? I think it's sprained, so I wrapped it and I'm going to take some ibuprofen when I go to bed tonight. We'll see how it's doing tomorrow.

Sorry about your foot, hope it gets better soon!

Take it seriously about your foot. You may have hurt it more than you know. I would not push using it or you may pay for it in the long run. Love you

I'd say Laura did at LEAST .12 miles of hobbling around the house yesterday, she's just too modest to blog it. Slow, I will grant you, but she still gets commando points in my book! Love you Shor-T. Your Chipmunk Husband.

Shopping is more dangerous than running this time of year! Feel better soon.

Ut-oh. How's the foot treating you? At least you picked a good time of year to be laid up- its cold out there and there's more fun things to do than run! Wish you a fast recovery!!

How's your foot? Hope you are ok!
