Wow, I almost forgot to post today's run .. and it was a hard one! I had to push myself out the door, and I had to push myself to begin running, and I had to push myself to keep going. I don't know why today was so hard, but it felt -mentally- like the hardest run so far. I've had others where my legs hurt more, or my lungs were heaving, but today ... something else was just unwilling to run. I hope consistency will pay off and tomorrow's run won't be quite so bad.

On a side note - I had a BUG fly into my EYE while I was running today! Not my eyelid...my eye! Weird, huh? Poor thing met its death soon after. Pay attention while you're flying, eh?

The good thing about running is that tomorrow is another day and another run. It should be better. Great job getting it done!

Congratulations! Worst run ever is quite an achievement. I'm proud of you--you are really getting tough. (Even if you did murder a bug just because it happened to be in your...path.)

By the way in your picture you look like you are thinking about how HOT you are. ;p Thhhbbbbt!!!!

You must be a true runner now! In the summer I usually wear sunglasses to prevent the bug in the eye thing! But I have also sucked them into my mouth and up my nose! Yum, Yum!!! I look at it like an energy boost from the micro protein that I ingest, but through the eye.....I don't know if you got much out of it, sorry!! Have a good run today, nothing like a bad one to realize that it can only get better today!
